Coaching has always been a key facet of my various leadership roles. My business experience and personal success story have ignited a passion in me for helping others achieve their ultimate potential. I have been the beneficiary of several great mentors and coaches throughout my career. I want to give back and pay it forward by sharing my insights, triumphs, and challenges with other leaders so they might learn, grow and succeed.

Success in delivering business transformation projects across multi-cultural teams. I spent two decades leading diverse international client teams, delivering results and significant change for many European and Asian-based companies. This experience strengthened my capacity to realize what is special and distinct about each individual, empathize with the situation and help them realize their potential. Desire to help others – I came to realize my calling many years ago when I first went into management consulting. I found that I loved helping my clients achieve their goals and ambitions whether it be business related or person. My mission was to see them succeed. I chose to become a leadership coach for the same reason, to help my clients become better leaders and achieve their ultimate potential.
